If you are in need of help this holiday season, please request an application by emailing us at 📧 donations@lovefoundationohio.org
📋 Applications will be reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis.
✔️ Approval is determined by income, location, age of children, and submission of a fully completed application with all required documentation.
🚫 Please note: Individuals who have applied within the last three years are not eligible to apply this year.
Applicants MUST live in Lake or Geauga County Ohio.
Children must be between 0-12 years old.
Applicants cannot apply more than 1 time every 3 years.
